This is a remote position based in Oregon. You must in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to be considered.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Prior Outbound Sales Experience or call center experience.
• Must be willing to dial 100+ calls daily – this level activity is required in order to be successful and reach goals!
• Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
• Must be willing to work Internet leads and requotes.
• Genuine willingness to learn and to be coached.
• Resourcefulness and high self-motivation.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.

• Meet new sales production goals and objectives as established.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Mentor associates.
• Build outstanding relationships.
