Requirements for Personal Lines Inside Sales Agent:

·      TX Property and casualty insurance license is required.

·      Prepare quotes for customers.

·      Must work independently and possess organization skills to manage numerous, varied, detailed tasks.

·       Must have computer skills and ability to use Office software programs

·       Applicant must be articulate and friendly, demonstrate professional appearance and have a strong work ethic.

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

·       Endorse technology over “old school” models.

In the Personal Lines Inside Sales Agent position, you will:

·      Grow New Business Accounts by converting incoming leads, warm calls, online quote requests, client referrals and organic opportunities into sales.

·      Utilize agency custom CRM to support sales cycle and automation of follow ups, which then boosts opportunity funnel and close ratio.

·      Utilize agency management system – AMS360 & Personal Lines Rater

·      Provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer.

·      Maintain knowledge of products.

·      Follow existing processes and procedures

Compensation & Benefits:

·      Starting Annual Income: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00+ per year

·      New Business Commissions in Addition to Salary

·      This position can be in office or remote. We can work anywhere high-speed internet is available.

·      Fun & fast paced environment if you prefer to work in an office and share sales techniques and sales talk

·      We don’t sell cars, solar panels, etc., We sell INSURANCE policies! Insurance is a required product and service that allows you to sell and assist customers with a “Heart of a teacher”.
