Mon-Fri Schedule

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role (required).
• Proficiency in using automotive equipment and hand/power tools.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and collision repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ASE Certifications (preferred).
• Experience with specific makes/models handled by Heart City Toyota (preferred).

• Perform quality repairs on vehicle exteriors, addressing dents, scratches, and structural damage.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble vehicle body components.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and repair metal and plastic parts.

• Collaborate with Service Advisors to understand repair requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Stay current with industry best practices and new repair techniques.
