Familiarity with automotive systems and parts.

Proficiency with computer systems for inventory management and lookups.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Greet and assist customers (both retail and technicians) in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs for vehicle parts.

Accurately look up parts using computer systems and catalogs.

Check inventory to determine stock availability and efficiently place orders for out-of-stock items.

Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts, ensuring accurate inventory counts.

Process customer transactions accurately using the dealership's point-of-sale system.

Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.

Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on parts and accessories.
