Salary Range: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Customer Service: A friendly and welcoming demeanor with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Time Management: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Availability: Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and others.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations: Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Phone Management: Answer and forward incoming calls to relevant staff members.

Information Management: Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval.

Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Cashier: Greet customers and collect money due on invoices.
