Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team. We are a reputable locally owned and operated insurance company serving Wichita Falls and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our customer service department, ensuring excellent service delivery, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will also be tasked with driving new business acquisitions and managing insurance policies to meet sales goals.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Insurance license is preferred, but not required. ???
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of client issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring effective communication and support for clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Assist with new business acquisition efforts, including quoting and policy management.
  • Provide guidance on insurance products and services to both clients and team members.
  • Meet individual and team sales goals related to new business acquisition.
  • Manage and track customer service performance metrics.
