We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, handling policy transactions, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. As the primary point of contact for client inquiries, you will manage incoming calls, policy renewals, and coverage changes while providing expert guidance to policyholders. Requirements
  • Must hold a valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience with a brokerage.
  • Familiarity with the following software would be helpful: EZ Links, Agency Zoom, Asana, G-Suite, Adobe, and Acord Forms.
  • Familiarity with the following insurance carriers would be helpful: Traveler Insurance, Progressive Insurance, California Fair Plan, Stillwater Insurance, Kemper Insurance, BTIS, Surplus Lines Familiarity, Foremost Insurance, Lemonade Insurance, Pacific COastal Insurance, Pacific Speciality.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Customer-focused: Dedicated to providing top-tier service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all personal and commercial lines licensed transactions, including policy changes, endorsements, and updates.
  • Oversee the remarketing and renewal process, ensuring clients receive the best possible coverage options.
  • Educate clients on their insurance policies, helping them understand coverage options and recommending adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
