Licensing: A current and valid California Insurance License is required.
Experience: Prior experience 1-2 years in property and casualty insurance
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction.

Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues and provide effective solutions to client inquiries.

Technical & Systems Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating multiple software systems and have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology. Our agency utilizes various platforms for client management, quoting, and communication, so being tech-savvy and resourceful in troubleshooting minor technical issues is essential. Strong typing skills and experience with CRM systems or insurance-related software are a plus.

Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy updates, claims, and changes to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
