Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in personal insurance sales or a similar sales-oriented role

Licensing: Must hold a valid Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex terms in a clear and understandable manner

Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to providing superior customer service and exceeding client expectations

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks

Relationship Building: A natural ability to connect and build rapport with clients

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with insurance agency management software and CRM systems

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized consultations.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue sales leads through various channels, including in-person meetings and networking events.

Policy Customization: Tailor insurance policies to fit the unique requirements of each client.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by offering tailored insurance solutions.

Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on insurance products and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
