Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida 20-44, 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience is required..

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help clients.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the insurance needs of individuals and families.

Policy Recommendations: Recommend appropriate insurance coverage options based on clients' unique circumstances.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service.

Sales Generation: Actively promote insurance products and services to new and existing clients to meet sales targets.

Policy Management: Effectively manage policy documentation, including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
