We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager to manage personal lines accounts with a focus on service, growth, and retention. This role offers $35,000 to $60,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities, with room for career progression into sales roles based on your skills and ambitions.

Requirements
- Active Florida 20-44, 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License.
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience is required.
- A combination of patience and urgency to deliver timely, high-quality service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Conduct renewal reviews with an emphasis on identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage policy remarketing to ensure clients receive optimal coverage.
- Assist clients throughout the policy life cycle, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Handle client inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve both individual and agency goals.
