The Harpole Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Sales Agent to join our rapidly growing team. As a full-time Licensed Sales Agent, you will assist individuals, families, and small businesses in securing their futures.

You’re well-suited for this role if you are self-driven and possess natural sales abilities, and if you wish to make a difference in people’s lives.

The objective of this position is to generate sales from existing and prospective clients. This involves selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance products while providing exemplary customer service and maintaining integrity. Your success will largely depend on your motivation and desire to achieve results. Top performers in this role average $100k.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous sales experience.

Your typical day will include:

• Meeting sales production goals and objectives by prospecting and generating new business through warm leads, referral sources, and upselling existing customers based on their needs.
• Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales with new and existing customers, primarily via phone calls.
• Cultivating strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based on prospective clients' needs and personal goals.
