Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Possess an active California Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.

Customer-Centric: A genuine interest in exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Self-Discipline: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and focus.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with new clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, address inquiries, and recommend appropriate insurance options.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze client needs to propose insurance plans that best suit their circumstances.

Client Acquisition: Identify opportunities to expand client base and promote agency offerings.

Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
