Our busy insurance office is looking for someone to support our team to ensure our office operations continue to run smoothly. You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, managing first notice of loss claims process, running critical agency reports, greeting office visitors, and other clerical duties as needed. Associates Degree Preferred or Relevant Work Experience.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Work independently and as part of a team.
