Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Risk Placement Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, negotiating, and placing commercial insurance risks. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial insurance products, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with production team and underwriters.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Experience in commercial insurance risk placement or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and Carrier Appetites.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with insurance carriers and underwriters.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agency Managements Systems (we are AMS Sagitta paired with Imageright)
- Understanding of a CRM (we utilize Insuremine)
- Experience with Carriers and their Rating Systems (our carrier partners are listed on our website)
Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' commercial insurance needs and assess risk exposure.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and premiums with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Utilize Rating Systems to provide viable and competitive quote options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance market trends, regulatory changes, carrier appetites, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with production team, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
