Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance license required, with a preference for Property & Casualty licenses. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Customer-Centric: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while remaining productive and collaborative. Team Player: Capable of working effectively in a team setting and fostering positive relationships. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and other communication platforms.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Interact with clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer personalized advice.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.

Policy Customization: Assist clients in designing insurance plans that align with their individual needs.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional products.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide well-informed recommendations.
