Our Sales Producers earn an average of $60,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $90,000+, including a combination of base salary, commissions, and performance-based bonuses.

We are a full-service, multi-line agency offering Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life insurance solutions. As a close-knit team, we value accountability, professionalism, and open communication—both with each other and with our clients.

Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license in the state of Texas. We provide ongoing training, support, and clear opportunities for advancement within the agency.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Active Property & Casualty license in Texas (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

• Maintain compliance with underwriting, rating, and company guidelines
