• Organized and disciplined in managing call volume, follow-ups, and lead activity

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity environment and is ready to build real sales experience from the ground up.

Salary Range: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center work is a plus, but not required we provide training!
• Willingness to learn about insurance products, coverage types, and agency processes.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and CRM systems
• Introduce and promote insurance products while building rapport and creating a strong first impression
• Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and generate interest in coverage options
• Schedule appointments for licensed agents to review policies and complete quotes
• Accurately track call activity, lead status, and outcomes within the CRM platform
• Meet or exceed daily performance metrics, including call volume, contact rate, and appointments set
