Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a full time Customer Service Sales Representative position. Located in Lemont, the Maniscalo Agency is more than just an insurance provider—we're a pillar of the community. Our agency owner, Guy Maniscalo, is deeply involved in local initiatives, from serving as Marketing Chair for Autism Speaks, raising over $1 million, to leading the push for insurance coverage of autism treatment in Illinois. Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per year

Requirements
- No prior insurance experience required; we provide all the training you need.
- Willingness to learn and obtain the necessary insurance license before starting the position.
- Strong desire to succeed, with a coachable attitude and openness to constructive feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for community involvement and making a positive impact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support clients with their insurance needs.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cross-selling Home, Auto, Renters, and other insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets in a competitive yet supportive environment.
