We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license
Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and convert leads into new insurance policies, offering customized solutions for clients.
  • Develop strong client relationships through follow-ups, policy reviews, and providing exceptional service.
  • Educate prospects and existing customers on coverage options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through outbound calls, networking, and referral generation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate products and industry trends to best serve clients.
