Compensation & Benefits
• $40,000–$55,000 base salary, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Property & Casualty License is a plus; we are willing to train and help the right candidate obtain one.
• Previous customer service experience—insurance industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
What You’ll Do
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and services.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates.
• Handle concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first contact resolution.
• Document all interactions clearly and accurately in our system.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience.
