We’re seeking a driven and motivated

Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll work with leads, uncover client needs, and help individuals and families find the proper protection. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with growth opportunities.

  1. First-Year Earnings average: $50,000-$70,000
  2. Higher base salary available for licensed agents

Requirements
  • An active Florida insurance license (4-40 or 2-20) is preferred
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • High-energy personality with a passion for helping others
  • Competitive mindset and team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Proactively achieve sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential sales leads through referrals, marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
  • Recommend Allstate insurance products tailored to meet individual customer needs, ensuring comprehensive protection.
  • Support and engage with the local community by helping clients prepare for lifes unexpected events.
  • Educate prospects and policyholders on how to effectively safeguard their families, homes, vehicles, and financial assets.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
