We are seeking a Legal Case Processing Facilitator to join our team. For this Full-time position, you need to be a detail-oriented and proactive individual as you will handle client communications, document preparation, and case management tasks, including drafting legal correspondence, filing waivers, and coordinating IME/DME appointments. You will also manage case files, track medical and financial records, and ensure timely updates to clients and team members to support efficient legal operations.

Experience is not necessary to be considered for this position. Willing to train.

Base Pay is Dependent on Experience: $40,000 - $43,000. 

Weekends off - Quarterly Bonuses - Advancement Opportunities

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • All work experiences will be considered. Willing to train
  • Former Military is a plus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Show professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
  • Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
Responsibilities

Phone & Communication Management:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Contact clients and update case details in Filevine.

Document Preparation & Filing:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Draft and file Letters of Representation (LORs) and Preservation Letters.
  • Prepare and file Vehicle and Traffic Law (VTL) communications and related filings.
  • Draft and file waivers and Notices of Appearance (NOAs).
  • Prepare and send various legal correspondence.

Independent Medical Exam (IME) / Defense Medical Exam (DME) Coordination:

  • Add IME/DME appointments to the calendar and confirm client notification.

Client & Case Management:

  • Obtain and review police reports.
  • Collect and organize photos/videos related to vehicle, accident site, and injuries.
  • Confirm and track documents received from clients.
