Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

You're Probably a Match If You Have:

• A Property & Casualty License (licensing assistance available).
• 1+ years of sales and customer service experience (preferred).
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (preferred).
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and customer service skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A self-starter attitude and team player mentality with professional phone etiquette.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to be coached and trained.

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide comprehensive information about home and auto insurance options.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and update their information.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
