To sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers in Central Ohio. Sales Associates receive 20 leads per day to market to. As a full-time agent you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach-able.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• A property & casualty license is preferred but not required.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Driven and goal-oriented sales focused individual.

• Meet new business production/sales goals and objectives as established.
• Work to establish relationships toward securing new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
