Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to new and existing policyholders, ensuring they understand their coverage options.


Sales & Prospecting: Use networking, cold-calling, marketing, and lead generation tools to find and secure new business opportunities.


Goal-Oriented Performance: Meet or exceed production goals, helping you and the agency grow.


Networking & Community Engagement: Attend local events and conferences to build relationships and market your business to the right audience.
