This is an in office position ONLY

Base salary is $30,000 to $50,000 depending on experience

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • A Kentucky Insurance License is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is desired, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenging situations and provide appropriate solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist policyholders: Provide accurate, prompt, and courteous service to clients regarding their insurance policies.
  • Update records: Maintain up-to-date and accurate client information in our systems.
  • Claim Assistance: Guide and support clients through the claims process to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Inquiry Handling: Address incoming inquiries and concerns related to policies, claims, and billing efficiently.
  • Policy Changes: Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
