The award winning district office of Farmers insurance in Lisle, IL is seeking a Financial Services Agent to cross sell to existing clients for agency owners in our district.

You will partner with large agency owners to cross sell life and financial services to their customers eliminating the need for you to cold call or prospect for leads!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with agent teams to find suitable clients to sell to and help agents achieve sales targets. We are looking for experienced, successful sales professionals that would like the opportunity to grow their income in this rare sales arrangement.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Sales success in financial services
• Have or willing to obtain the Series 6 or 7 and 63 as well as life and health licenses.

• Partner with Agency Owners to achieve sales targets
• Train and coach sales team to find suitable clients
• This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze clients' needs to recommend suitable insurance products.
