Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Process policy renewals and updates, ensuring that all customer information and documentation are accurate and complete.
Assist clients with claim submissions, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services by understanding customer needs and preferences.
