Licensing: All agents require a 4-40 or 2-20 FL insurance license. Willing to assist in obtaining licensing.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is required.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus: Commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Local Presence: Ability to work in Punta Gorda , Florida, and engage with the local community.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
