Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience to join our team! You will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling insurance policies to meet their needs. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of sales success, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to persuade and influence others. Salary Range: $24,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License Required
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry. Property and Casualty, Life and Health.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade others.
  • Ambitious self-starter who is able to work independently while working in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone or in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities
  • Focus on new insurance business
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients through follow-ups, networking, and objection handling.
  • Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. Close sales.
  • Handle objections and win back clients.
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by generating referrals through networking and building relationships.
