Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, especially in an insurance setting, is highly desirable.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to navigate insurance databases and software.

Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their policies, making amendments, and answering policy-related questions.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Record Maintenance: Accurately update client records and ensure all interactions are documented properly.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve services and client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met promptly.
  • New Business: Help new and existing customers obtain insurance plans that fit their needs.
