Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Requirements

Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is highly desirable.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, especially within a financial services setting, is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a keen aptitude for identifying opportunities for growth.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering cooperation and leveraging team strengths.

Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to assess clients' needs and propose relevant insurance solutions.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing client demands and market conditions.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities and manage leads in a timely manner to expand the client base.

Insurance Plan Customization: Design and offer tailor-made insurance solutions to meet individual client requirements.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by responding to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring satisfaction.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and products to deliver accurate and innovative solutions to clients.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Networking: Participate in community and networking events to promote Goldberg Financial & Insurance Services and build professional connections.
