Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required.

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles preferred, ideally in the insurance industry.

Insurance Experience: 3+ Years of experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically Home and Auto Insurance.

Location: Must be willing to work in-office at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location.

Proficiency: Proficient in using basic computer software and insurance agency systems.

Responsibilities
  • Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites.
  • Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
