Salary Range: $15,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Ability: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Client Assistance: Provide support to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving insurance-related issues in a timely manner.
- Policy Management: Assist in managing client insurance policies, including processing policy changes and billing questions.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is updated in the system promptly.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance clients' experience with our agency.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage ongoing business and loyalty.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars and tracking activity.
