Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information and meet clients' needs.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a desire to meet and exceed client expectations through personalized service.
  • Motivation: Self-driven and able to work independently in an office environment, with a proactive approach to handling tasks and challenges.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to a positive and inviting work environment.

  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
