Requirements

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in WA or ability to obtain one.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales or related field.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Oriented: A passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Team Player: Capacity to work harmoniously with a team, fostering positive relationships.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with current policyholders, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored advice.

Inbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls, addressing questions, and offering solutions.

Policy Customization: Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or rounding out accounts.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.
