We are seeking a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our personal lines clients, managing inquiries, and handling policy transactions. The base salary ranges from $35,000 to $55,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Requirements
  • License: Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License and at least 1 year of personal lines experience to be considered.
  • Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Accurate and efficient in data entry tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proactively shop insurance renewals to secure competitive rates.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
