This program provides hands-on training within a tenured, high-producing Farmers Insurance agency and is specifically designed for individuals who aspire to become Farmers Agency Owners within the next 4 to 12 months.

Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Active Life & Health License required
Insurance experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Coachable and willing to learn
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Entrepreneurial mindset
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
Sell Personal Lines, Commercial, Life, and Specialty Insurance products.
Learn Farmers Insurance systems, underwriting guidelines, products, and agency procedures.
Participate in daily sales activities, including outbound calls, appointments, and follow-up communications.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately document client interactions within the agency CRM.
Attend training sessions, coaching meetings, and Farmers University courses as required.
Develop a business plan and growth strategy for future agency ownership.
Learn agency financial management, marketing, staffing, and operational best practices.
Meet or exceed established production and performance goals.
Represent the agency professionally within the community and at networking events.
Build and maintain a strong personal referral network.
Prepare for transition into agency ownership through successful completion of the Farmers Protégé Program.
