We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in using insurance management software and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Valid P&C insurance license .
- Lead the market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Provide leadership in sales strategies and negotiations to secure new business deals
- Utilize technology sales tools to enhance sales processes and outcomes
- Conduct technical sales presentations and analyze customer needs to tailor solutions effectively
- Manage key accounts through strategic account management practices
