The George Mauricio Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients, and works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year

Active Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)

Minimum of 1 year of insurance industry experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume, fast-paced office

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)

Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

Process endorsements, certificates, and documentation accurately and efficiently

Support new business quoting and cross-selling opportunities

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
