Requirements
• Must hold a valid Personal Lines License (P&C License preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

• Prior experience in customer service or insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and claims processing.
• Educate clients about their insurance options and help them choose coverage that fits their needs.
• Process insurance applications and verify information for accuracy.
• Handle customer account management, billing, and payment inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues.
