• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.

• Assist clients with policy inquiries, payments, claims, and updates.

• Process documentation and maintain accurate client records.

• Support agents in daily administrative tasks and follow-up activities.

• Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and maintain a positive work environment.
