Summary

As an Insurance Sales Producer/Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will educate customers on various insurance products and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people protect what matters most..

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Must have or be willing to obtain a California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License
• Previous sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Contact prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions
• Educate customers on various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals in a timely manner
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s growth
• Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and compliance requirements
