As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving results through advising clients on their property and casualty insurance needs. Using leads provided by the agency, you’ll focus on educating clients, following the Geoppinger Agency Sales Process, and delivering exceptional service. Your success will be fueled by top-tier training, a collaborative environment, and a competitive earning potential. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with annual earnings ranging from $70,000 to $115,000.

  • Licensing:
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (required before starting the position).
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated sales success and a customer-focused approach.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage pipelines and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a sales pipeline within the CRM and follow up with prospects promptly.
  • Consistently adhere to the Geoppinger Agency Sales Process for all client interactions.
  • Achieve measurable goals by writing new property and casualty insurance policies.
  • Ensure all required documents are received and signed by clients who purchase insurance.
  • Perform accurate underwriting to ensure policy compliance and quality.
