Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License is a bonus but if you don't have one, we will train you and cover licensing cost.
  • Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insurance concepts to clients.
  • Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work with team members to achieve common goals and support the agency's mission.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time effectively.
Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with potential and current clients to understand their business insurance needs and provide solutions.

Policy Development: Tailor insurance policies to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
