As an Allstate Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide excellent service and tailored insurance solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and offering personalized advice. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, address client questions, and provide expert guidance on insurance plans. Cross-selling and identifying opportunities to enhance client portfolios will also be part of your responsibilities. This will be a 1099 Employee.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-oriented, have exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a remote work environment. As a fully remote team, collaboration and adaptability are key. In addition, familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is important for success in this role.
