Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Licensing: Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.
