Our local GEICO agency, Valley View Insurance, LLC, is seeking a hardworking, dedicated and experienced customer service professional. Your contribution will be vital in helping us grow and retain clients who entrust us with their auto, home, and other personal lines needs. You will often be the first contact as this position is for our front counter desk location. A property and casualty license is preferred, however, we will consider unlicensed and training will be provided to obtain state license. A 90 day probationary period will apply.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Primary duties to include : Answering billing questions and taking payment

: Emailing ID cards and proof of coverage

: Identify cross-selling opportunities

: Mailing post cards and letters

: Placing warm phone calls to schedule appointments
