Our agency focuses on personal lines, life insurance, and commercial insurance growth while utilizing modern marketing, automation, and proven sales systems to help our team succeed.
This role offers hands-on mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to grow into future leadership and potential agency ownership opportunities through Farmers Insurance development programs.
Salary Range: $34,560.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Coachable with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in long-term career growth and leadership opportunities
- Willingness to obtain Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, internet leads, referrals, and networking
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
- Follow structured sales processes and daily activity expectations
- Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- Cross-sell and round out household accounts
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work closely with agency leadership to develop sales and business skills
- Provide professional and consultative customer experiences
